Every TRC cookie is developed using eggs to achieve our signature crisp edges, chewy centre, and molten interior. We don’t make compromises on texture, which is why all our cookies are baked with eggs.
How long do they stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery.
If refrigerated in an airtight container, they’ll stay fresh for up to 7 days.
What’s the best way to enjoy them?
Warm them in the microwave for 10–12 seconds.
The centre softens, the chocolate melts, and the cookie becomes exactly how we intended you to experience it.
Can I freeze them?
Yes.
Store them in an airtight container or zip-lock bag and freeze for up to 2 months.
Simply thaw at room temperature and warm before serving.
