The Rolling Cocoa began with a simple idea, a passion for baking, and the courage to take a chance.
Founded by Shalvi Dhawad, TRC has been a journey of experimentation, learning, and starting over. From cheesecakes and brownies to countless recipes and ideas along the way, every step helped shape what TRC is today.
Eventually, we found what felt right: thick, gooey, indulgent NYC-style cookies.
What started as a small idea has grown into a brand built on creativity, persistence, and an obsession with getting every detail right. TRC is about taking risks, learning from failures, and creating desserts that people genuinely enjoy.
